Thought Id update the misschris journal. I still read like every 2nd day I just dont have the urge to write. Working lots, moved back to my mommys house, bought new golf clubs, have met new boys who all suck in the end as usual. Bought lots of new cute summer dresses and love to eat ice cream.

I took a pic of my party dress and new shoesies today. I think Im going to do my hair the same way tomorrow. Its day two hair in the pic but its different from what Ive been doing everyday which is STRAIGHT big hair.

I just downloaded a ton of motown xmas songs. Im now going to clean the house while deciding whichare my fave so I can make a cd for the salon! Yay.

I want to learn my moms language. I need a dictionary. Not proving to be so easy!

HELP.

I was making soup today so I opened my patio door to let the garlicy+onion smell out and these lil lovely babies were sittin outside!! The guy in the next apartment was tossing cut apples for them to eat.


Then they kept looking up at us! Like a baby kitty would when looking for treats! SO CUTE. I wanted to hug them and squeeze them and call them george.

I didnt post my halloween pics because we got caught in a torrential downpour on the way to the party and pics were only taken afterwards, they dont do the costume justice!

The highlight of my past few weeks was finding cheaper car insurance! haha. 600$ cheaper than the company I was currently with. MUCH BETTER. I put my payments on my visa so I could aquire more travel points. Then I can go to Vancouver again. I want to see my fam.

The downfall of October was having my car broken into THREE, 1..2..3 times. Gross. I dont think I wrote about that already. First time I was upset, 2nd time I was livid, 3rd time I cried like a baby and the security guards couldnt understand me hahah. Now they all come check up on me and see if everything is all good and I get to park near the security office. Stupid parking ramp!

Im in my costume now, its fucking hilarious. Cant wait for pics haha.

Ok so Dora has been nixed, Im being a 1950's housewife instead. Im going to use the 80s prom dress I wore last year for my work conference, remove the ugly bow, wear an apron and a matchin oven mitt (strawberry theme!) and carry a martini glass in the other hand hahah. I just need to find an ugly patent red purse and shoes and Im good to go! Life is good.

I gave in. I put my bronzer away. *gasp* Ive accepted how white my face is. My body is super brown compared to my face as I only tan below the neck. I made a 300$ bonus this month. YAY. Except they dont cut the cheque until Nov 1st! Boooo.

Someone tried to break into my car yesterday when it was parked in the parking ramp at work. It was right near a bunch of windows and doors and people traffic!! They gouged chunks out of my door frame with a goddamn coat hanger on BOTH FUCKING DOORS. There wasnt anything visible in my car except stinky flipflops and empty water bottles. Oh and some tanning lotion, oooh lala. Fuckin pisses me off.

And sunday shopping has been approved, woo! I dont know if my salon will be open sundays or not, but it will give my parttime girls another shift to work so thats good.

I have a friend who is angry at me because I said I would rather be rich and unhappy then poor and happy. Mainly because I would never be happy poor. He thinks its low. I think its me being honest.

The company hired a band to play the night after and lo and behold, a young man who I probably wrote in this very lj about 5 years ago was the drummer!


The last night we had an awards dinner. It was set up like a tv awards show, very cool. We do a team photo every year before the dinner and nobody from my new salon went this year. So I got some friends together and they helped become my team haha.

What an intense weekend. Went to the Old Orchard Inn for four days and drank way too much and during the day we had fabulous classes and inspiring guests. The first night we got there, on Sat, Jacq, Steph, Vickers and I went to The Anvil in Wolfville. Danger. 170$ bar tab later (I need help!) I stumbled out like a crazy person. The past four hours have consisted of going to the gym and sculpting my guns, cleaning my car, cleaning my kitchen including the most disgusting fridge on earth. I found moldy SOUP. Moldddddy soup. Sick.

Now Im gonna read The Wreckage on my deck in a tubetop and hope I turn brown brown brown.
